I find it interesting that at a time when many companies are banning their staff from accessing Facebook, Bank of Ireland is actually recruiting staff there. I wonder what their own policy is on staff accessing Facebook.

I can’t help wondering at the thought that goes into their marketing policies! Or maybe they are just hoping that if their existing staff are not permitted to access FB during work they won’t be targetting their own staff! lol
